2.74.010 Adoption by reference.
   The city hereby adopts by reference a drug-free workplace policy and a drug and alcohol abuse policy. The Mayor of the city and/or his or her appointee shall be the person who shall be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the policy and for the record-keeping requirements set forth in the policies and regulations.
