2.72.010 Adoption.
   The city hereby adopts NIMS (National Incident Management System) as and for its emergency planning and unified command center for emergency response to critical incidents, both natural and manmade. It is further the policy of the city to train, as may be required by NIMS, public officials who are responsible for emergency management.
