2.68.040 Service of letter demanding payment.
   Before any person shall be prosecuted under this chapter, the recipient will have the obligation of serving upon the person issuing the bad check, a letter demanding payment in full of the face amount of the check. Such demand shall be mailed to the person issuing the bad check by U.S. Mail and request full payment within fifteen days.
