No applicant will be considered eligible to apply for a position of employment with the city, assigned or allowed to work under the same supervisor, or in the same department, or otherwise, if such capacity requires interaction or contact with a city employee who is a member of his/her immediate family, to-wit: grandparent, grandchild, parent, spouse, child, brother, or sister, except those persons classified as "volunteers" by the city.
