2.58.030 Volunteer ambulance service established-Membership. 
   There is established a volunteer ambulance service for the city to provide adequate provisions for the transportation of the sick and injured to and from hospitals, asylums, medical centers or institutions where proper treatment and assistance may be administered; and it shall consist of a maximum of twenty-one members, including two captains and five crew chiefs.
