As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
A. "Ambulance" means a vehicle which is designed or intended to be used in providing transportation of wounded, injured, sick, invalid or incapacitated human beings, or expectant mothers.
B. "Attendant" means a trained and qualified EMT with valid CPR card responsible for the operation of an ambulance and the care of the patients, whether or not the attendant also serves as driver.
