5.46.070   Hours and locations permitted.  
   Street corner charitable solicitations are permitted from the hours between 7:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. and only at the intersections of North Market Street and East Penn Street, North Market Street and East Main Street and the intersection of Route 1 and Route 9. The city will not allow soliciting during any national holidays or Sundays.
