5.28.055 Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined the sum of five hundred dollars for the first offense, and seven hundred fifty dollars for any subsequent offenses occurring in any given eighteen-month period. Each solicitation or offer to sell in violation of this act shall be considered a separate violation for purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 2019-5, 2019)
