2.46.030 Term of office.

   A.   Members shall serve respectively for the following terms or until their respective successors are appointed and have qualified:

      1.   One for one year;

      2.   One for two years;

      3.   One for three years;

      4.   One for four years;

      5.   Three for five years.

   B.   The successor to each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five years.
