§ 130.059 INHALATION OF MODEL GLUE.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      MODEL GLUE. Any glue, adhesive cement, mucilage, dope, plastic solvent, or other adhesive of the type commonly used in the construction of model airplanes, automobiles, boats, and other unassembled model kits, containing toluene, acetone, xylene, butyl alcohol, hexane, tricresyl phosphate, or other toxic ingredient.
   (B)   Inhalation of fumes. It shall be unlawful for any person to inhale, drink, eat, or otherwise introduce into his or her respiratory or circulatory system any compound, liquid, chemical, or any substance known as glue, adhesive cement, mucilage, dope, plastic solvent, or combination thereof with the intent of becoming intoxicated, elated, dazed, paralyzed, irrational, or in any manner changing, distorting the eyesight, thinking process, judgment, balance, or coordination of the person. For the purpose of this section, any such condition so induced shall be deemed to be an intoxicated condition.
   (C)   Aiding and abetting violation. It shall be unlawful for any person to, for the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate any provision of this section, intentionally possess, buy, sell, transfer possession, or receive possession of any model glue. It shall be unlawful for any person to assist, aid, abet, or encourage any person to violate any provisions of this section.
