§ 130.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 130.060 shall be responsible for a state civil infraction and pay a civil fine of $100 for the first offense; $250 for the second offense; and $500 for the third or subsequent offense.
   (C)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 130.061 through 130.063 shall be subject to have confiscated, and every police officer in the village is hereby authorized to confiscate and take into his or her possession, any fireworks, air gun, slingshot, bow and arrow, or other similar device and hold the device as evidence pending the outcome of any court case brought or filed in connection with any such violation.
      (2)   Any and all air guns, slingshots, bows and arrows, or other similar devices taken from the possession of any such person who is later convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 130.061 through 130.063 shall be confiscated as a nuisance and destroyed or disposed of by the Police Department.

   (C)   A violation of § 130.081 shall be a civil infraction, and a person who violates § 130.081 shall be liable for a civil fine in the amount of $100.
