§ 130.057 USAGE OF PUBLIC PARKS AND TRAILS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use, occupy, frequent, loiter, or be in any public park in the village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless otherwise posted at the park, unless a special permit for the use or occupancy has been previously given by the village, or unless the person is participating in a scheduled village activity.
   (B)   The application for the permit shall be made in writing by any responsible resident of the village, stating his or her name and address and the group of persons he or she represents who will use the special permit and the proposed hours of the use. The approval for the issuance of the special permit rests in the sound direction of the village.
   (C)   All persons using park property shall dispose of litter in receptacles provided.
   (D)   No person shall pollute any lake, stream, creek, ditch, drain or waterways.
   (E)   No person shall build a fire except in an approved provided cooking appliance and every person shall extinguish all fires prior to leaving the area.
   (F)   All persons shall pay appropriate fees for use of the park, if required by the Village Council.
   (G)   No person may hunt, trap, feed, or endanger animals or birds in any way except fishing unless authorized by the Village Manager.
   (H)   No camping shall be allowed in the park, unless authorized by the Village Manager.
   (I)   No person shall operate any recreational vehicles in the park as defined in the zoning code.
