§ 130.050 MISREPRESENTATION OF IDENTITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make misrepresentations as to his or her identity, whether by statement, through the use of false, forged, or altered identification or the use or presentation of identification of another, with intent to obstruct the due execution of the law, or with the intent to hinder or interrupt any officer in the legal performance of his or her duty, whether the intent be effected or not.
