It shall be unlawful for any person to wrongfully take and carry away from any place within the village any fruit tree, ornamental tree, shade tree, ornamental shrub, or any plant, vine, bush, or vegetable there growing with the intent to deprive the owner thereof, or without right and with wrongful intent, to detach from the ground or injure any such plant.
