§ 130.033 GRAFFITI.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use spray paint or any other means of marking the property of others to injure, destroy, or in furtherance of the practice of placing graffiti on the property of others. The owner of any property defaced through the use of spray paint or other device shall remove or paint over the graffiti as soon as possible after discovery of its existence so as to preclude further vandalism or decay of the structure or immediate surroundings.
   (B)   If the individual violating this section shall be under the age of 18 years, to the extent practical, the individual shall be required to remove the graffiti, repaint the structure defaced, or otherwise restore the premises.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to painting of "the rock" located in the front yard of the Homer Community School Building at 403 South Hillsdale.
