§ 130.030 PRIVATE PROPERTY; MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the village to willfully and maliciously destroy or injure the real or personal property of another, or the appurtenances thereof, and where the damage done shall be $100 or less. A complaint for violation of this section may be made by the property owner, his or her agent, or his or her lessee or any person with custody and control of the premises.
