§ 92.34 DAMAGES; PERFORMANCE BOND.
   Any person, as defined in § 92.30, who undertakes to do any of the anticipated work as hereinabove outlined, is financially responsible to not only replace any and all dirt, topsoil, cement (sidewalks, curbs, and road surfaces), blacktop, or other road surfaces to the satisfaction of a final inspection by the Director of Public Works, but be completely answerable for any and all damages resulting therefrom as a result of the work. The village reserves the right to ask for and demand a performance bond covering the work, and indemnifying the village therefor, should the Director of Public Works, after his or her initial inspection, recommend that same be required.
