(A) Unless exempted pursuant to § 92.16, the owner or occupant of any property located within the village within the R1, R2, or R3 Districts, and property used for residential purposes within the R4 District, shall clear accumulations of ice or snow from the public sidewalks adjoining the property within 24 hours of the accumulation or placement of snow or ice on the sidewalks.
(B) The owner or occupant of any property located within the village within the LI, HI, B, CS, HS, or OAC Districts, and property used for commercial purposes within the R4 District, shall clear accumulations of ice or snow from the public sidewalks adjoining the property within 24 hours of the accumulation or placement of snow or ice on the sidewalks.
