§ 91.03 PROHIBITED CONDUCT.

No person shall park, store, leave, or permit the parking, storing, or leaving of any inoperable vehicle as defined in § 91.01, or part of any such inoperable vehicle, upon any private property within the village, unless completely within a building or garage.
