For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INOPERABLE VEHICLE.
(1) Is unlicensed and which is in an inoperable condition;
(2) Although licensed, is abandoned; or
(3) Although licensed, is dismantled, partly dismantled, and/or in an inoperable condition and which remains in a dismantled, partly dismantled, and/or inoperable condition for ten days or more.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self-propelled and designed to travel along the ground and shall include, but not be limited to, automobiles, buses, motor bikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, and golf carts.
PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any real property within the village which is privately owned and which is not public property.
