The Director of the Office of Parking & Intergovernmental Affairs is hereby authorized to supply the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety with a listing of persons who have one or more outstanding parking violations of §§ 72.140 and 72.141 for parking in spaces designated for use by disabled or handicapped persons and three or more violations of all other Chapter 72 sections.
