(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 158.01 - 158.06 shall be subject to the procedures set forth in City of Hollywood Code of Ordinances, Chapter 36. In addition, any alleged violation of the aforesaid codes and ordinances may also be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 158.21 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding $100 or may be punished by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this division.
