§ 151.107 WARNING SIGNS; WATCHMEN.
   (A)   During the excavating operations, the premises shall be suitably posted with warning signs of such character and location as may be adequate to warn the public concerning possible hazards.
   (B)   A watchman shall be maintained on the premises during all daylight hours, including Sundays and holidays, when there are no workmen on the premises.
