§ 150.02 WAIVER OR VARIANCE OF SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
   A waiver or variance of the setback requirements may be authorized only by the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Florida under such terms and conditions as are set forth in F.S. § 161.052.
