§ 133.23 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in disorderly conduct as hereinafter described.
   (B)   A person shall be guilty of disorderly conduct if, with a purpose to cause a breach of the peace, public danger, disorder, or nuisance, or with the knowledge that he reasonably will create such breach of the peace, public danger, disorder or nuisance he:
      (1)   Creates a disturbance of the public order by an act of violence to a person or real or personal property, or by any act which would reasonably be expected to produce violence;
      (2)   Engages in, promotes, instigates, encourages, aids or abets fighting or violent, threatening, or tumultuous behavior, which may reasonably be expected to cause a breach of the peace;
      (3)   Makes or causes any unreasonably loud noise;
      (4)   Addresses profane, obscene or abusive language or threats of violence to any person present, which words have a direct tendency to create a clear and present danger of violence from such person or from other persons who may reasonably be expected to hear said words; or
      (5)   Fails or refuses to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a police officer, where three or more persons are committing acts of disorderly conduct in the officer's presence;
      (6)   Loiters, crowds or congregates on the public street or sidewalk so as to unreasonably obstruct or interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic or use thereof, or so as to create an unsafe condition for vehicular or pedestrian traffic or use of such sidewalk, and who fails or refuses to disperse and move on when ordered to do so by a police officer; or
      (7)   Blocks any entrance or exit to any building, both public and private, so as to create an unsafe condition for people leaving or entering said building, and who fails or refuses to disperse and move on when ordered to do so by a police officer.
