§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 133.01 through 133.06, or shall fail to comply therewith, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $250, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   (1)   Violators of § 133.22 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed one day or by both such fine and imprisonment as within the court's discretion.
      (2)   If, upon conviction for violation of § 133.22, the court determines the violator has a previous conviction under § 133.22 then in that event, the violator shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed ten days or by both such fine and imprisonment as within the court's discretion.
