§ 133.04 UNLAWFUL PROMISES BY POLICE OFFICER.

It shall be unlawful for any police officer of the city to unlawfully promise, expressly or impliedly, that any person shall be immune from arrest or any house or establishment shall be immune from the police investigation or that it shall have protection from police investigation or inspection.
