§ 133.02 OBSTRUCTING ARREST OR SERVICE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or resist a police officer of the city in making or attempting to make a lawful arrest or in serving or attempting to serve any legal process, or in performing or attempting to perform his official duty, whether such person be acting as principal or accessory.
