(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, upon issuance of a citation either by a law enforcement officer or a Code Enforcement Officer and upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be guilty of a civil infraction. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person or firm who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the citation and penalty authority of § 36.27. Garage sale signs may be deemed illegal on public property pursuant to Article 8 of the Zoning and Land Development Regulations.
