§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONVICTED. Shall have the meaning provided in F.S. § 287.133(1)(b), which is incorporated herein by reference.
   PERSON and FIRM. Shall be deemed to include natural persons, corporations, partnerships, associations, joint ventures and any other form of business entity.
