§ 94.152 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Setting fires without a permit is prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to set fire to any lands, cause fire to be started or set on any lands, clear any lands by fire, set any field, forest or prairie fires, encourage new pastures by firing, smoke out or drive game by fire, or abandon or leave unguarded any open fire within any area of the city without first obtaining a permit therefor as herein specifically provided.
