(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $500 or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both.
(B) Any person or persons responsible for causing or allowing an unauthorized discharge of hazardous substances in violation of § 94.101 and who fails to reimburse the city within the time set forth in § 94.101(B)(1) shall be subject to a fine equal to the greater of $50 per day or 10% of the total amount of the bill for each additional day that the bill for such costs remains unpaid.
