§ 94.077 DYNAMITE, NITROGLYCERINE AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person or persons, association, partnership or corporation to use dynamite, nitroglycerine or other high explosive compounds within the corporate limits of the city, unless a permit has first been secured from the City Commission.
   (B)   The City Commission shall determine that the applicant for such permit is duly licensed through the State Fire Marshal and shall prescribe such reasonable safety factors prior to the issuance of such permit as the circumstances may warrant.
   (C)   Any person or persons, association, partnership or corporation violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 94.999.
