§ 94.075 PETROLEUM GAS.
   The following minimum standards for liquefied petroleum gas installations on mobile catering units operating in the city shall be as follows:
   (A)   All vehicles shall carry a current automobile inspection sticker on the vehicle.
   (B)   All vehicles shall be inspected annually by the Fire Department in the city or area where their business is located.
   (C)   All vehicles shall be numbered.
   (D)   All vehicles shall be equipped with a 2½-pound dry chemical or a five-pound carbon dioxide extinguisher.
   (E)   Extinguishers shall be installed in a conspicuous place on each vehicle located as remotely as possible from the gas appliance.
   (F)   L.P. gas containers shall be installed on the outside of the vehicles, protected from physical damage, and if enclosed, be vented at the lowest possible point of the enclosure.
   (G)   Any L.P. gas container exceeding a 25-pound capacity shall be equipped with an excess flow valve.
   (H)   All L.P. gas containers and appliances shall be properly secured.
   (I)   A quick-closing valve shall be installed at the low pressure side of the regulator.
   (J)   A shut-off valve shall be installed at each appliance.
   (K)   Gas supply shall be shut off at the tank when equipment is not in use.
   (L)   Welded joints shall not be allowed on any piping.
   (M)   Rubber hose shall not be used except on the low pressure side as specified in Pamphlet 58 of the National Board of Underwriters.
   (N)   There shall be no concealed connections.
   (O)   Tubing shall be adequately coiled to avoid road shock.
   (P)   All appliances shall be shut off at the tank before refueling with gasoline or L.P. gas.
   (Q)   In case of emergency, the gas supply at the tank shall be turned off. Any L.P. gas fire shall not be extinguished until it has been shut off at such tank.
   (R)   No vehicle shall be parked in any building during the operation of its vending business.
   (S)   The owner of such business shall be responsible for the acts of all his operators, especially with respect to the above regulations as prescribed by divisions (P), (Q) and (R) above.
