§ 94.040 FALSE FIRE ALARMS.
   Any person falsely or fraudulently communicating by telephone, messenger, or otherwise, a false or erroneous report of a fire to theFire Department of the city shall, upon conviction, be subject to punishment as prescribed by § 94.999.
