§ 92.59 FISH.
   The licensee shall display and keep fish in bowls or aquariums under the following conditions:
   (A)   There shall be one gallon of water per inch of fish in each aquarium containing goldfish, tropicals, and the like, or one square inch of air water surface contact for each inch of fish.
   (B)   Aquariums shall be kept in such condition as shall be determined most suitable for the well-being of the species displayed.
   (C)   Aquariums displayed in windows shall have protection against direct sunlight and excessive heat.
