§ 92.58 CAGED BIRDS.
   The licensee shall display and keep birds in cages under the following conditions:
   (A)   Each bird confined in a cage shall have room to exercise freely and shall have a perch without excessive crowding.
   (B)   Water and food shall always be available.
   (C)   All cages must be kept clean and sanitary.
   (D)   Sick, injured and dead birds shall be removed from cages within a reasonable time of awareness of such condition.
   (E)   All birds displayed in windows shall have protection against direct sunlight and excessive heat.
