Each person seeking to obtain approval for a special exception, as provided in § 3.31 A. through F. of the Zoning and Land Development Regulations of the city, under the provisions of this subchapter shall comply in all respects with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration, Florida state law and the rules of the State of Florida Department of Transportation, as amended from time to time.
