(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions, or any firm, association, institution or corporation violating any terms or provisions of § 71.01, upon conviction of such violation, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine or imprisonment. Each violation of such section shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
