(A) The city shall own and maintain all effluent reuse transmission and distribution systems located within the public right-of-way and public easements.
(B) The property owner will be responsible for maintenance of the irrigation system on their property downstream from the point of connection to the city's system.
(C) No person shall tamper with, alter, connect to, operate valves or hydrants, or damage the effluent reuse system without written permission of the Utilities Director.
(D) The city will make reasonable effort to inspect and maintain it's effluent reuse system in good repair, but assumes no liability for any damage caused by the system that is beyond the control of normal maintenance.
