§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be subject to the procedures and penalties set forth in Chapter 36 of this Code of Ordinances.

(B) In addition to the revocation of permit procedure set forth in § 50.05(E), any person or entity violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a civil infraction as set forth in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
