§ 50.06 REMOVAL OF GARBAGE REQUIRED.
   (A)   All residents, occupants, or owners of premises in the City shall be required to have accumulations of garbage, solid waste, and rubbish removed and disposed of as authorized by § 50.05 above, or by the Environmental Services Division of the City, and for such service of garbage, solid waste, and rubbish removal and disposal, the availability of scheduled brush material removal and disposal service, and recycling collection, shall pay to the City the fees set forth in § 50.07.
   (B)   Any contrary provision of this Code notwithstanding, the hours of collection may be set by the City Manager or his/her designee as necessary to accommodate the efficient operation of the Environmental Services Division.
