§ 116.06 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   (A)   A dealer or an agent or employee of a dealer who is convicted of a misdemeanor under Public Act 95 of 1981, or under section 535 of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 Public Act 328, shall not be permitted to operate as a dealer for a period of one year after the conviction.
   (B)   A dealer or an agent or employee of a dealer who is convicted of a felony under Public Act 95 of 1981, or under section 535 of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 Public Act 328, shall not be permitted to operate as a dealer for a period of five years after the conviction.
