§ 116.05 EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   All certificates of registration shall expire on December 31 of the year immediately following their issuance. Unrevoked certificates of registration may be renewed by payment to the village of the annual renewal fee before the expiration date.
