§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violations of this chapter which constitute a “serious safety defect” shall be punishable by payment of a civil fine of $300 for each violation.
   (B)   All other violations of this chapter shall be responsible for a civil infraction punishable by a fine of $250 for each violation.
