The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall publish the ordinance from which this chapter derived in the manner required by law and shall, at the same time, publish a supplementary notice setting forth the purpose of the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963, Public Act 181 of 1963, being M.C.L.A. §§ 480.11 et seq., and of the fact that a complete copy of the Act is available at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for inspection by the public at all times.
