13.03.020: GENERAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Application: A submission for consideration by a Land Use Authority shall include:
      1.   A completed development review application form;
      2.   A filing fee as established by the City's fee schedule;
      3.   Proof of ownership or legal control of the land by the applicant;
      4.   Any other information the Community Development Director determines necessary for full and proper consideration and disposition of a particular application.
   B.   Proof Of A Neighborhood Meeting:
      1.   All of the following land use applications require proof of a neighborhood meeting:
         a.   Developments in a Residential Zone:
            (1)   Rezones,
            (2)   Subdivisions, and
            (3)   Planned unit developments.
         b.   Nonresidential developments abutting a residential development or Residential Zone boundary:
            (1)   Rezones,
            (2)   Nonresidential subdivisions,
            (3)   Permitted or conditional use site plans, and
            (4)   Planned unit developments.
      2.   The applicant shall send a written notice stating the place, date and time of the neighborhood meeting to all residential property owners, as identified in the Salt Lake County Recorder's records, whose property is within five hundred feet (500') of the subject property line.
      3.   The applicant shall notify these owners at least one week prior to the neighborhood meeting.
      4.   The neighborhood meeting shall be conducted at a location within the City of Holladay.
      5.   Phone calls or informal door to door contacts shall not be considered to constitute a neighborhood meeting.
      6.   The record of a neighborhood meeting shall include:
         a.   A list of all individuals who were notified;
         b.   A roster of attendees; and
         c.   A copy of the minutes. (Ord. 2016-13, 5-26-2016)
