A. A "nuisance" is anything which is injurious to health, indecent, offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property. A nuisance may be the subject of an action.
B. A nuisance may include the following:
1. Drug houses and drug dealing as provided in Utah Code Annotated section 78-38-9;
2. Gambling as provided in Utah Code Annotated section 76-10-1101 et seq;
3. Criminal activity committed in concert with two (2) or more persons as provided in Utah Code Annotated section 76-3-203.1;
4. Party houses which frequently create conditions defined in subsection B1 of this section; and
5. Prostitution as provided in Utah Code Annotated section 76-10-1301 et seq. (1999 Code)
