2.02.040: RESTRICTIONS AND APPOINTMENTS:
The Mayor may not serve as the City Recorder or the City Treasurer, but shall appoint qualified persons to each such office with the advice and consent of the City Council. (Ord. 2017-23, 10-5-2017)
