2.02.010: GENERAL POWERS:
The Mayor of the City of Holladay shall be the Chair of the City Council and shall have and exercise such duties as proscribed by the Council. The ceremonial functions and any reserved administrative powers residing in the Council are hereby delegated to the Mayor, except as specifically granted to the City Manager. (Ord. 2016-09, 5-26-2016)
